Upon completion and submittal of the registration survey you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained within this document.
Limitation of Liability
Palm Research is not liable for any personal injury, financial loss or computer malfunction during your session on our website.
Earnings and Payment
Members earn money for qualifying for and participating in surveys from our clients, delivered to the member by Palm Research via electronic mail or by the member logging in to their account accessing the link on the dashboard.
Payment shall be issued to member if 1) account has reached minimum payout threshold of $10.00, 2) all surveys completed by member are finalized, 3) 45 days has passed from the end of the month in which the member reached the threshold, and 4) all account information is accurate and up to date.
Under no conditions (circumstance, incident, situation or otherwise) will payment be issued to a member before the threshold has been reached.
Any money in account under threshold will remain in account indefinitely, allowing member to add to balance by participating in our studies.
Account Status
Palm Research reserves the right to revoke, suspend, delete or otherwise block access of member dashboard to any member, for any reason, with or without notification. In this event, all money in account will be forfeited by member. We take this right due to the high level of fraud in this specific industry.
Having stated that, we also promise to never act upon this right unjustly or out of malice.
Privacy of Information
Palm Research believes in honest marketing and fair business practices. Because of this, we promise to never share your personal and confidential information with any party for any reason, for profit or otherwise, unless required to do so by law.
The information we collect, including but not limited to, name, age, mailing address and phone number, is solely used for contacting you about your member account. We will never ask you to confirm your personal information through email, with the exception that, from time to time, we may ask you to log in to your account and confirm the information.
Email Marketing Practices
Once a day, we will send our members an email update about new surveys available to our members. These emails are sent from our site and will only be regarding opportunities that our company has direct control over. We will never send solicitation emails asking our members to sign up for other market research companies or to buy products or sign up for services.
We provide a link in our daily reminder emails allowing our members the opportunity to automatically remove themselves from our panel, therefore effectively ending our relationship.
Cookies and Pixel Tracking
Our members participate in surveys linked to from our site, and in order to provide "real time" tracking to our members, we may utilize the cookie function of your computer browser. This cookie only stores information limited to the survey panel number and member number and can only be accessed by our site.
